Interaction between experts in the area of Occupational Health and Safety, intervening in collaboration activities, dissemination and promotion of the digitalization of OHS.

Unification of criteria and generation of reference standards for the implementation of OHS digitalization projects.

 

Goals

Unify

the necessary aspects for the effective implementation of existing occupational risk prevention regulations: prevention plan, risk assessment, preventive measures, preventive planning, consultation and participation of workers’ representatives, training, information, health surveillance, records.

Assertiveness in the integration of people

That each of the people involved in prevention receive in real time the information they need, and only the information that is relevant in each case.

Automation / Digitization

Automatically store, distribute and receive preventive information

Auditing

Have auditing of all sending and receiving (e.g., for each piece of information transmitted, have the content of the information, the person who received it, the person who generated it, and the corresponding date, etc.).

Availability of relevant information

In a disaggregated form, allowing and facilitating advanced analysis.

Monitoring of requirements and availability of tools

Always having under control the needs in the area of PRL and the tools that facilitate the best execution of prevention, seeking fluidity and integration between platforms and tools.
