The Chair is funded by the Regional Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IRSST), and aims to become a stable platform for R+D+i in the field of intelligent digitalization of occupational risk prevention, in which priority is given to applied research, its practical development and innovation, through support for training, research, development and innovation (R+D+i), dissemination and promotion of occupational health and occupational risk prevention. Likewise, the Chair will allow the permanent collaboration between the Regional Ministry of Economy, Employment and Competitiveness, through the Regional Institute of Occupational Safety and Health – IRSST, and the Carlos III University of Madrid – UC3M.
