Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. More than 30 years of experience in software engineering. Main areas of consulting and research are: Mature Agility, Innovation Management, Product Development Flow for Value, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Kaizen, QA and Agile Testing, Continuous Improvement, ISO 9001, CMMI 2.1. Currently CEO of Progresion SMP SRL and Researcher at BTO Research, working in several companies in various sectors: insurance, IT services, telecommunications and banking.
